All payments are required to be paid in full up to two months prior to the retreat.

The retreat includes accommodation, all scheduled retreat sessions, workshops, activities, transport TO/FROM the retreat, and most meals. Full inclusions will be emailed to all confirmed families closer to the event.

Snacks outside scheduled meals, and any additional off-site expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

This retreat is designed for mums and their dancers who want to build confidence, deepen connection, and experience a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Mums and dancers stay together in shared accommodation and are not separated overnight.

Yes. Select accommodation options allow for a mum attending with two dancers. These are listed clearly as triple family cabins and are limited.

This retreat experience is designed around the mum–dancer relationship. If you’re enquiring about an alternative guardian attending, please contact us prior to booking.

No specific competition level is required. This retreat focuses on mindset, confidence, connection, and personal growth rather than technical ability.

Item dA $500 non-refundable deposit secures your room. The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments, with the full amount due two months prior to the retreat.

In the unlikely event that the retreat does not proceed, all payments made will be refunded in full.

Cancellation, Deposit & Transfer Policy

All retreat bookings are non-refundable (unless retreat does not go ahead)

This includes the $500 initial deposit and any subsequent payments made under a payment plan.

Due to venue commitments, facilitators, catering, transport, and advance planning costs, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of mind, illness, injury, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your booking to another suitable family (mum and dancer(s) from the same household).

The responsibility to find a replacement family rests with the original booking family. Once a new family is secured, we are happy to approve the transfer and update attendee details.

Transfers must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

All accommodation allocations, inclusions, and pricing will transfer exactly as booked.

By securing a room and paying the $500 deposit, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation, payment, and transfer policy.
